This movie covers the lives of three veterans returning home after WWII.  The men are, of course, looking forward to being home, but there is a certain apprehension about how they will adjust back into civilian life.  The men find that they do have definite problems adjusting to home life.  They are bothered my memories and feel now different from those around them who have not experienced war.  The movie follows the three ex-military men to see how they adjust to the difficulties.
